  • Minimum GDV £5 million

  • Brownfield redevelopment opportunities

  • Edge of Settlement Boundary locations

  • Greenfield sites for development or promotion


How we work

  • The company is deliberately structured to ensure flexibility in the types and size of sites that we can purchase.

  • Depending on location, we are able to consider sites ranging from 5 units with no upper limit.

  • We transact on sites with detailed consents and outline planning permission but especially those structured on a subject to planning basis on a short-medium term basis.
