Doswell Projects was originally founded in 2005 as an off-shoot of the hugely successful Drew Smith to undertake one-off speculative projects outside of the main group business function. Doswell Projects now operates as an SME house builder and remains under the same family ownership and guidance that has underpinned its success over the years. As we build homes for the future to which sustainability and biodiversity are a key factor, we seek to maintain our long-standing commitment to high-quality, safety and timely delivery.
Andrew Doswell
CHAIRMAN
Andrew’s track record speaks for itself, having successfully built and sold his majority stake in a regional construction and housebuilding company to a FTSE 250 business in 2017. Since then, Andrew has extended his involvement in the industry, providing oversight and leadership to the Doswell Projects team.
Andrew is able to lever his vast industry knowledge to ensure the strategy of the business is properly devised and implemented.
Samuel Doswell BSc (Hons)
DIRECTOR
Samuel has a wealth of knowledge and vast experience of the built environment. A trained Quantity Surveyor, Samuel’s drive and vision led him to the role of Director of one of Winchester’s most prestigious development companies. Samuel also holds a first-class honours degree in Construction Management
His meticulous approach and exacting methods ensure we deliver successful permissions and new homes to the highest standards.

Jack has over 8 years experience working within the accounting industry, ranging from practice to internal finance manager roles.
His experience in a variety of different sectors, provides us with a good foundation of knowledge to support the company through its current period of growth.
